This IS what Democrats are all about?

He fought for the communists, son. His picture is hanging as a top commander in the Hanoi War Museum.

Seems like your answering you own question! John McCain and John Kerry both were instrumental in normalizing relations with Vietnam and helping families recover remains of Soldiers from that country. Here's the truth anyway: John Kerry is a war hero. Any other ideas are from the neocon spin machine. Democrats fight for our country too. There's a group of soldiers in Iraq called "Donkeys in the desert - Asses in action".

At least Kerry had the guts and courage to put on a uniform and go fight in VietNam - that's a helluva lot more than Bushy did - he hid out in the Air National Guard thanks to Daddy's influence. While he was there he was AWOL most of the time and when he wasn't he was out drinking or finding other ways of getting high. And if the VietNamese praise Kerry - which I doubt - its because they recognize him as being a war hero and someone with guts. You sure as hell can't say the same thing about that chickens*** hero of yours - Georgey Boy Bush.

First off, many American soldiers who served in Viet Nam were honored by the Viet government, including Senator John McCain.
Does that make McCain a traitor, too?

Kerry served in Viet Nam, just like me and many, many more. The fact that he spoke out against the war returning doesn't make him a coward or a traitor.

I didn't protest the war after I returned home, but many did.

Would you like to tell us about you wartime service record.E-mail me and we'll confirm it. I work with Vets now and we'll all have a nice discussion about your honorable service to your country.

Unlike the person I believe you support, Kerry actually fought in the Viet Nam war. When he found out what it was all about, he came out against the stupidity of killing innocent lives to support the war industry.

How is John Kerry a traitor?
And which communists are praising hius name?

he was a traitor for allowing bush to go to war in iraq.

when kerry, a soldier in vietnam, observed that our govt was ordering our boys to commit war crimes, he was a hero in trying to uphold and defend the constittution, as he took an oath to do.

any american who thinks a soldier should cover up war crimes to support his president is an american who wants a dictatorship, a boot on his face forever.

it's only a shame kerry lost the guts he had when he was a mere boy and saw our govt. doing evil.

or do you really think we should have been killing 2 million vietnamese in support of french colonialism?

Yes he is.....one thing I learned in the military is that those that talk of their awards probably didn't earn them. He backstabbed every POW by spreading lies that he didn't see firsthand, and took as fact from other protesting soldiers. He also met with the vietcong in Paris therefore meeting the enemy behind the governments back is an act of treason in itself.

Hello, the swift boat has left the dock and you have apparently missed it. Buy a newspaper and at least criticize someone pertinent to the current political situation. Kerry is irrelevant.

If you're so anti terrorist & pro troops, what are you doing living with mommy & daddy, bothering us? How come you're not in Iraq? It's because you're a Neo-Coward, like george bush. You like to talk tough, but are really too cowardly to go fight. You're all in favor of other people going to fight and die, while you sit here and shoot your mouth off, but you're not man enough to do it yourself! Typical Neo-Con (Coward)
