The seller appears to have not previously sold anything on Ebay (just purchases). Has a feedback rating of 10.

Neither of these are bad things, but are things you should take into consideration when purchasing.

User has been a member for nearly 2 years. (fairly good)

Now to the item.

The item is marked as "refurbished" with the following information:

"Please note that this ipod may show signs of wear and use."

I would have preferred to see better information as to what wear and use is displayed before I purchase.

So keep in mind that the product is not new and probably doesn't have a manufacturers warranty.

Look at his ratings, he has 0 (zero) ratings from people that have bought from that user. The ten ratings that user has are as the buyer, not the seller.

You would be taking quite a risk. Do note that it is used and has some wear. The seller claims that it works -- for all you know it can be scratched beyond recognition. The picture listed is not necessarily the same IPOD you get, especially since he has at least two ipod auctions.

The seller has recently changed their user ID...for me, this is a red flag, especially being they're offering such a big ticket item for so cheap, and have been around since 2004...and only 10 feedbacks?

It says it's a refurb, and 3 day DOA guarantee...but myself...I always follow the old adage: "if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is".

I have been selling and buying on Ebay for about 8 years, and I would not buy it. it says 3 days left, in the desc it says one day auction, it gives you a 3 day warranty, it will be up before you get it, it shows signs of wear, is it new, used, refurb, stolen?
My advice, too good to be true

No. Auctions this low usually skyrocket. Plus, they always have outrageous shipping prices. It makes up for the low, low price. Sometimes, auctions that start at .99$ might be duds. As an ebay addict, I notice these things!

Don't do it. If you read the page closely, you can see what they're trying to do.

"Winner of this auction would able to purchase the brand name Kensington Ipod Accessories (that works on all ipod)"

Also this seller only has 10 reviews which isn't that great.

Isn't it just for this :
The accessories include:

1 - StereoDock
1 - 7 ft (2.1M) gold-plated RCA output cable
1 - AC power adapter
1 - Wireless Remote control for up to 30 ft (yes, it works with the nano)
2 - AAA batteries (for the remote)
1 - Instruction sheet

It mightn't be, but I would say yes, it is.

It's suspicious. Specifically, the line "Hurry up!!

Bid now from the trusted Ebayer!!!!"

This from a seller with 0 feedback...
