depends which sack u mean ;P

i'll assume u mean in football. The benefits are good field position for the defence, better stats for the player that got the sack, the offence is farther away from the marker, u are possibly tiring the qb, the defence gets motivated/ pumped up, and a buch of other things

LOSS OF YARDAGE! (in a football game, specially if your team intends to win, and the opponent was in need of a 1st down and was unable to gain any yardage). Loss of yardage is a point for the Defensive Team. Football is a play - mind reading game. Only the best will come out ahead. I look for the BRONCOS TO WIN this season
