Repetition is the key... you need to eat, sleep and breathe your speech for the next 2 days... then when it's time to give the speech, just relax and have fun. Try not to think too much.
Good luck.

Don't try to memorize the entire speech all at once. Take it in sections, one at a time. After you've memorized several lines, take on several more, and so on, until you've got the whole thing memorized.
Practice the speech in front of your mother, or a friend. Or even in front of a mirror. If you get nervous, take a deep breath. If you have to speak in front of an audience, just pretend that you are practicing at home. Even professional speakers get "butterflies" in their stomach. You are not alone. Everyone suffers from stage fright to some degree. If this is a school assignment, you won't be the only one called upon to make a speech. Who knows? You might do better than any of your classmates. I have faith in you. Good luck!

Memorize it little by little. Take the first two lines or so and repeat them in your head till you remember them, then add another two lines to memorize and eachtime you say it, always say it from the beginning. I hope you understand this haha.
Always repeat the whole thing everytime you add another line or so. This may take a while but it will work.

Determine how you learn best, and then repeat that method. Read it and record it on a portable audio format, and then listen to it every minute of the day. Write the whole speech longhand or type it over and over. Also work on relaxation techniques to help conquer stage fright and it's devastating effects on memory. Practice, practice, practice and you will do well.

outlining is the key- summarize your speech into points, then expand upon each point, repeat as needed. because you will have the main points down after a few times, even if you miss a specific sentence or even paragraph, this will trigger something in your brain that will help you to continue and even wing it on the spot. I've done it many times. concentrate on the points and then you won't even notice the audience

If you feel difficult to speak in public, first you should practice yourself in front of the mirror until you satisfy to your speech. After then, you need a close friend to listen to you many times so that he/ she can contribute his/ her ideas for you. And last, you can speak in public so confidently that I believe you really want to do that again.
