this stuff is apparently too strong for your face. stop using everything. stop touching your face. keep your skin cool but don't put anything on it. it will only irritate it more. if it doesn't go away in a week then see a doctor because you may have damaged your skin.

've suffered with acne for awhile now, however, I think treating acne takes time. I got rid of of acne by drinking lots of water and eating very healthy, which was the best remedy by far. Also, washing my face twice daily. ,However, using natural cleansers made my face feel, look healthier, and clearer. Though, having a workout plan also takes a big impact on your skin, ALSO, NEVER TOUCH OR PICK AT YOUR FACE. But, if you absolutely have to, get two q-tips and squeeze the puss out gently. Then, put an ice cube on it so the redness will go away. Also, changing your pillowcases every other night helps too. I hope I helped. :)

I personally am allergic to the main ingredient in most acne medication, salicylic acid.
if you have very sensitive skin, try alternative techniques such as a health food store might recommend.
if you can find a store that supplies it, try Grandpa's Thylox Acne Soap from the Grandpa's Soap Company
http://www.grandpabrands.com/quantitypopup325thy.html
you can order it online too, I just found out.
if this is also too harsh, you could try a mild oatmeal soap.
keep in mind, if you have skin that is sensitive, it could be something else causing your acne. if all else fails, consult a dermatologist.
rising your face with cool water, applying cool washcloths, and avoiding anything of a chemical nature should reduce the irritation on your face. if not, consult a doctor.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Get some benadryl ointment, and use that to reduce the redness and swelling.
Dont use that crap anymore. most of it is too harsh to do any good any way!
Get a bar of dove for sensitve skin, or some noxema, use that to cleanse you face 2 to 3 times a day, and keep your hands off of your face.
Make sure that you put a clean pillow ccase on your pillow every couple of days.
Cold rags.
Go without foundation or any makeup as much as you can.

try benedryl and cool wet rags. You may need an antibiotic though if it's an allergic reaction. Try taking some ibuprofin, that will help with swelling alittle. I had this happen once and I had to go in and have a steroid shot in my hip.....OUCH!!! Hopefully you don't! Good luck.

Check out all your products including toothpaste, shampoo skin care etc most of them have chemicals in them that irritate the skin (EVEN the acne creams) Email me and I will send you a list of chemicals to avoid. When I did this my acne went and I have a lot of freinds the same happened to.

take some Benadryl and use cool cloths on your face. May also have to use a cortisone cream. Call a pharmacist and find out for sure.

call a pharmacist in a 24 hour pharmacy like walgreens and explain what happened to you. or the emergency room nurse and i most likely would suggest to take benedryl because that will bring the swelling down and tylenol would hurt either
