Hi,i did my BE in Compt science&engg in 2004.Then I worked for Reliance Industries for 1 year.Now I have got MBA and MIB(master of intern.bus).I am looking for a job overseas after this.So which one should I choose for a better career;MBA or MIB?
Also which two specializations should I take from the areas of MARKETING,FINANCE,SYSTEMS AND OPERATIONS AND HR??
pls provide me with some solutions.

I have my MBA and can speak from the heart. There are way too many diploma mills cranking out MBAs right now. You don't even need to go to class to get one. The degree has been seriously cheapened. The MIB on the otherhand is a very valuable degree and is much better regarded in the business world.
If you're looking for areas of concentration, Systems/Operations and Finance are the most marketable. Everybody and his brother thinks they're a marketing guru and HR only helps if that's the area where you want to develop your career. The other two are much more versatile and have the most marketability.

if you r lookin for job prospects abroad than i thnk MIB is a beter option than MBA.
now for specialization. dont look at what is good and what has demand, just concentrate on your area of specialization and your likings.
to your advantage i thnk fiance would be a beter option

as u hav already got 1 yr xperience in reliance related ur graduation field .......dat has become a double plus point on ur carrier regaring ur stream of course.............i recommnd' u do MIB thn.......as u hav already got increment of xperience in ur desired field and now go for increment in higer study of same field......
