This happened to me last winter when I was cross-country skiing. The lady who did it told me that she thought it was a "good idea," but she didn't mean to draw blood or such and apologized profusely. Do you suppose that I was going too slow for her?

No, I don't think you were going too slow, I think she just wanted to do it. I would have hauled off and slugged her a good one! I hope you did!
If you're younger than she is, she was probably just jealous of your firm bottom and figured out a way to put you out of commission. What a B****.

OMG! interesting. i'll have to watch for that. My friends have poked me in the back where it really hurt, but i've never been poked in the butt.
