you need to drink lots of water and get enough fibre in your diet. try eating prunes or raisins to relieve constipation naturally. bananas are a good help to regulate your bowels also. if all else fails try metimucile or a suppository

It is possible that you are not getting enough fiber in your diet. Usually vegetarians get plenty of fiber from fruits and vegetables, but my daughter is a vegetarian and I've learned that there is such a thing as an unhealthy vegetarian diet. Cheese pizza and lots of carbs may be vegetarian, but these foods are not balanced and do not provide enough fiber. Add bran cereal such as Total Raisin Bran and plenty of fruits, veggies and lots of water to your diet to help. Try to get a variety of foods in your diet and be sure to take a multivitamin to make sure that you are not missing any nutrients.

Sounds like you're constipated and you may have hemorrhoids. You should see a GE (gastroenterologist) and possibly have a colonoscopy done to rule out other causes of burning.

drink lots of water, it sounds like you might be a bit constipated. and when you are constipated it all tends to build up and when it finally does come it hurt and tears your anus due to the build up of poop. i've had constipation before and it is not fun. remember lots of water!!!!
