Yes it was,you must have been really hungry.No telling what was on the floor in the restroom.With so many germs especially the bathroom is very disqusting.You must have done the 5 second rule.My kids try that I be like no way they say it's ok to eat it if you pick it up in 5 seconds.People walk on the floor and maybe even urinate on the floor.I wouldn't do that.Not even if the bathroom was squeaky clean with Mr.Clean cleaning it himself!!

If that is on my own floor at residing house, i will nevertheless eat it, any-2d rule, because i comprehend what's been on my own floor. yet in a public restroom.... NO way. if so I even haven't any clue what's been tracked on that floor, or how frequently they sparkling it for that matter.

More nasty than it is stupid!!! People pee on the floor!!! For your sake I hope you didn't catch any bad germs that could cause you to be sick. Just get another sandwich next time!
