Ima Sophmore Starting Dline and Fullback for one of the top 5 football programs in il top 15 in nation im a hard hitter and my neck get sore after practice there are 2 ball like objects on my neck when i rub them one on each side ne idea what it is?

are they hard balls or are they soft and malleable?
hopefully the simple answer is that it's just knots in your neck muscles. do you have a neck roll on your shoulder pads? they are not that expensive and it's a good investment bc it will limit how much your head knocks around after the impact of a big hit, and no position knows the big hit better in my opinion than FB.
if they are just knots, a good long massage will do you good to rub them out, then start incorporating lots of neck exercises and deltoid exercises into your normal routine.
HOWEVER, neck strains is the one injury to not mess around with. you should definitely go to your dr and have him check things out and make sure it's not something more severe.

sounds like a tight muscel...but have ur trainer look at it...NOT A DOCTOR!!! The team trainer will get u taken care of faster and put u on the field sooner so u wont miss as much time
