Ever get the feeling to fart but it just wont let loose? Well, thats how I'm feeling right now but its being stubborn and doesnt want to come out. Is there anything I can do to help it? And my stomach is bubbling too...I think I ate too many egg salad sandwhiches....ugh.

Two days after you asked - I hope it came out by now. Anyway, what works for me is lying pretty much in fetal position on my side - knees tucked up to chest and relax, then give a push - not too hard, don't want to hurt yourself or have something else come out if ya know what I mean. Or rub your belly to try to push the gas through the long loop of the intestine. I can't say which direction for sure, but you should be able to feel it slightly relieving wherever it is sitting. Ugh is right--off-ta-da. Try a teaspoon or baking soda in an icy cold glass of water or an alka-seltzer. Do you have any ginger ale or Mist or 7-UP--one of them might help. I hope so.

just wait for it.. trust me itll come.. and heres a little tip: lay off the second (and third etc.)helpings of EGG salad sandwhiches... those'll get u gassy!!!
