I thank 16 is OK but with the parents having full control as to when and were you go. I was driving a school bus at 16 so it is all what you make of it. at 16 it is a good time to show your parents just what you are made of.

mostly it depends on the indivegual driver but most people agree , at todays level of technoliges theres to much going for the average 16 yearold to handle . so im going to have to say 18 .
