I mean the character played by Henry Winker on Happy Days. Personally I think he is somewhat cool, but not as cool as he thinks he is.

I have to say I think of him as a dork. I might at one time have thought him to be cool but I had to have been very young. I have this thing where I get embarrassed for people when I think that they should be embarrassed and they are not. He gives me that feeling not to mention Richie Cunningham, man I really got embarrassed for him.

OH no! That's just WRONG! He's so cool because he was such a good and true friend. How many can say they have a friend like that? He always did the best he could and tried to be peaceful even around bullies.

I'd say he's probably medium cool. Cooler than Ralph Malph most def but also kind of a loser. He never did appear to be very ambitious. Except that one time when he jumped over all those garbage cans with his bike.
