well apparently they dont fit in that fantasy scenerio of "goddess of seduction".. and such, no mind though,, currently im in the market for some hot high heeled patten maryjanes. ya think those will fit the bill?

nothing is wrong with birkenstocks if you're looking for comfort and durability. but it is interesting that in Germany (which I visited last year) the Birkenstocks are sold only at inexpensive department stores. But the quality of German products is very high, so even if they're not top of the line in Germany, they still compare very favorably with similar shoes you can buy in the U.S.

i swear i'm not making this up...once, on a game show ( i can't remember which one though) the answer was birkenstocks and the contestant asked? "what are the ugly shoes that lesbians wear called".

I suggest that if you have to ask this question, you may want to take a look at the total picture here: hair, make-up, and wardrobe. You may be one of those late bloomers who is just a little slower at picking up on these things, but unless you are going to a car wash or something like that, you really wouldn't want to be seen in them.
They're butt ugly!

They make my feet hurt very badly. Plus, they are really ugly. I might wear ugly shoes sometimes for comfort but the comfort just isn't there.

Yeaah.. they're pretty ugly. I guess they're good in quality though.
If you really like them - wear them. Nothing wrong with being comfortable in your own shoes lol

Nothing. They're seviceable, & comfortable. But firemen & cowboys don't wear them!
