Contrary to popular belief...women shaving their upper lip will not cause the hair to grow back darker and thicker. Shave it and don't worry about it. Waxing hurts and is expensive...so is laser hair removal which isn't permanent so it's really a waste of money. Just take some face wash and put it on your upper lip and shave it. Don't use shaving cream; it's not necessary and might irritate your skin on your face.
