Yes....use the same chords...you could change the key if it is a variation of that key...or a relative minor...

You are definitely going to want to go to a site specifically for piano (keyboard). Guitars and keyboards use completely different notes for the same music.

try a different voicing of the cord to add intrest and a different tonal quality to the music, ex: guitar cord...CEG, Piano cord EGC. same cord different voicing!

you can play the same chords, ther just written and played diffrently but you can get the exact same notes
