befor I explain i am going to say I will get along with almost anyone as long as mutual respect for others is there and people who take responsibilty for themselves no matter their sex, race, age, sexual orientaion, or other differences.
but if you guys really want to know why there is till rascim read on:
as i said in a previous answer in my department at work there are two minority women, the only two who dont feel the need to tend to their job responsibilties. Sad, very sad.
In my apartment complex, we have a multitude of katrina evacuees, the ones still living off the government. They are loud, obnoxious, I have freinds that wont even come visit anymore due to the behavior of these people. isnt that sad. And people wonder why some races get a bad name. It is very sad that people like I have just desribed act as they do, it causes alot of people to look down on the entire race.

The same goes for Chritians and people of political affiliations, the bad few represent the good many. it is a fact of life, in know the truth hurts but we need to realize that there are reasons out there, its not completely out of nowhere that people feel the way they do.

Unfortunately there are bad apples in every barrel. And it's also unfortunate that you have come across more than one among all the minorities you have come across.
Just a thought, maybe you are examining these people more closely than you would people of own type. If you feel that this remark of mine is incorrect, then as I said, it's an unfortunate co-incidence. No offense intended.

Do not blame it on any minority or sect of any kind, just blame it on the individuals that want the money but cannot be bothered with the fact that they should go out and earn it instead of sponging it off of others that do care to earn their keep.
Think about the old story of the ants and the grasshopper...I would rather be an ant than a grasshopper.

It's because people don't understand that there are people who are irritating / don't do their jobs / are idiots in EVERY race.
It applies to EVERY single race, not just one. And until people realize that, it'll continue.
