You could get yourself one of the supporting back belts. Or wear control panty hose(which does help) and get either some good insoles for your shoes or get the kind of shoes that nurses wear. They are on their feet a lot too and need shoes to support them, so they are designed for that purpose..

For your back, the conventional wisdom is to do ab exercises. Strengthening your abs is good for supporting the back. For your feet, invest in some *comfortable*, supportive shoes. That will actually help your back as well. Make sure you have one of those rubber pads on the floor. In all cases, learn good ergonomics. Raise the chair so that you don't have to bend over (at all if possible). If you can prop one foot on the chair or something a few inches off the ground while you're standing in one spot, that does wonders for your back and feet. Finally, has anything changed recently? New equipment? Weight gain? Adjust that until you're pain free.

As some others have suggested, good shoes should help ease your foot and back pain.
As a hair designer, you may be concerned about looking fashionable. There's a shoe brand called Taryn Rose, created by a physician but actually very flattering--not a bit clunky or "cloggy." Another shoe brand is Dansko; some of their shoes are orthopedic looking, but some styles are quite nice (search for Aubrey and Babette to start).
Hope this helps.

get a pair of shoes with good cushioning and a arch support. I work on my feet up to 30 hours a week walking around a 1500 square foot store non-stop. It helps.

Pamper yourself. Find time to get a massage. See a chiropractor. Buy special insoles for your shoes.
