INDIGENOUS ART ("NATIVE AMERICAN") IS A VERY POPULAR SEARCH ON-LINE. SOME NON-NATIVE PEOPLES HAVE ADOPTED OUR ARTS, BUT IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR THEM TO SELL IT, UNLESS THEY ADVERTISE THAT IT IS NOT MADE BY A "NATIVE AMERICAN"...THERE IS ACTUALLY A LAW STATING THAT INDIGENOUS ART CANNOT BE SOLD AS "NATIVE AMERICAN" ART IF IT ISN'T CRAFTED BY A FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED TRIBAL MEMBER.
RESEARCH IS GOOD. MOST INDIGENOUS ARTIST WILL SIGN THERE ART, SOMETIMES WITH A NUMBER OR A RECOGNIZABLE SYMBOL.
I HAVE A WEBSITE, IT'S CALLED RED NATION WARE (WWW.REDNATIONWARE.COM). i SELL NATIVE ART, SUCH AS JEWELRY, T-SHIRTS, WOOD-BURNT ART, AND CARVINGS WILL BE UP VERY SOON.

I would suggest looking at the signiture. If you rally want to find real Native American Art go to an Indian Reservation. I know there are reservations in Arizona, Oklahoma, Iowa and several other states.

What do you mean by "Native American"? The oldest skeleton found in North American was of European descent. Is this who you mean?
