What are the real names of the characters Stan and Chris from the show "Girlfriends" on UPN?

I can't remember to look them up on IMDB. Stan was a recurring character that Maya had an affair with, and Chris was a mailroom guy that played on the company softball team that Joan dated. Idk if he had a recurring role or not.

Chris is RonReaco Lee - he was in Sister Sister, and a show on NBC called Committed. and Stan is the sexy Don Franklin - who used to be in The Young Riders, and has a re-occurring role in NCIS

Took some searching. I had to search the casts of individual episodes; they were not listed in the "entire cast" listing on imdb.com.
