Hey, i write songs and poems, and they are pretty good in my opinion, but i dont know how well my voice goes with the songs. Like the best i have is to record me singing on my phone and listen, but it doesnt sound exactly like me since its a phone...so how, or what equiptment, should i get or use to get a start in making my own music. I play flute, oboe, and i can play piano if i have to. so like i can record piano, then voice, tehn put them together.....certain equiptment for this?

If you want something fast you can get a digital recorder. Some come with a buit in CD-R burner. The more tracks you can record the more expensive they are.
Try SamAsh.com and look under recording equipment or hardware.

I would suggest Cakewalk music editors... You can order them online and look up a few tutorials on the equipment you will need to make professional sounding music.
