like he can't get a visa or dont want to but if we marry wat papers do i need to sign and **** and who do i talk to to find the place where i need to sign watever these papers r?

well i need to know from what state you are in...if your in the eat coast, then it is in washington dc...Los angeles also has one...where do you plan to get married?? I need details...but better ask a lawyer too:)
