Try the social security website...they usually keep a record of that sort.

Like stated above, the social security administration lists Top 100 by state for years from 1960-2005. Here is the link.

you could simply do a search for it, but im sure you have already tried everything you could think of. my advice is to maybe go to a local hospital, or go to a security website, maybe do a search for websites that have that sort og thing on that
