K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kit 57-1523
Synthetic oil
Cat back mandrel bent exhaust with freeflowing muffler (most better muffler shops can do this)
High flow cats (this you may need to do yourself. Many states have laws against removing a functioning converter)

Flowmasters sound whiny on V6s. Look for a DynoMax Super Turbo or similar.

That should get you near where you want to be...

If your looking for quickness (1/4 mile), another thing you can do is lose some weight in the car (tool boxes, big speaker boxes, etc.)

you won't "see" the muffler unless it has a tip attached to it and it sits just below the rear valance.

i personally would not put any series flowmaster on that car. it will sound obnoxious. unless of course, you're after that sound. look into something mellower. even universal straight-thru stainless mufflers (only with an oval body) will sound better and qieter than a flowmaster.

just changing the muffler won't give you 30hp. maybe 5-8 TOPS if any at all. you would need to change the whole exhaust system to a bigger diameter pipe, and some hi-flo cats to make some power. and some type of open element air filter would help as well. then get a "chip" for the ecu. you won't be at 230, but close.

its in the tank with the pump assembly on it,there's a valve on the fuel rail that you can check the pressure with,it should be running at about 50- 55 pounds at normal idle or at running condition,if it varies a little this is normal that's the regulator releasing the pressure on it some,i think you already knew some of this though, good luck.

It'll work on any car... As long as you're able to put that thing on... As for gains. It'll depend. I don't think you'll see 30hp gain, but it's probably worth a try for whatever gains.
