Breath! They go for a walk or do something that you enjoy doing if that doen't work well do something you never use to do. Or you can just talk about your problems with a friend that you know can help you! With this you'll be just fine and besides there is nothing wrong with crying!

I either have a cry or go for a long walk or i do both at the same time so i can clear my head

Cry, let it out, scream if you have to punch your pillows do the ugly cry face we all do and let it out you will feel fabulous when you regroup! I have a tantrum almost once a month, sometimes I can get over it with out the dramatics sometimes not!

Try to keep busy, diverting mind, concentrate attention on things & matter that I likes, catch hold of someone to keep company & tell him my feelings in an attempt to empty out emotions, cry out to feel light & relieved. At last, if nothing works, try to get a sound sleep, to forget everything on mind, thinking that nothing's in our hand, leave everything to fate, what's happened, happening & going to come is for good only.
