Short answer: No. And no, all gods are not the same. If there is such a big difference in personalities and actions among Hindu gods (or Buddhist gods, etc.), wouldn't it be rather foolish to lump all gods (Christian, Islamic, etc.) together?

God has made us all in His image and He has given us the strength, courage and talents to do His Will. It really depends on how you make use of your talent by doing good, then you are a good representative of God....but if you abuse your talents to destroy life or live a life of sin, there's no sign of God's existence in you, let alone being God.
