It works for the most part, but only if you use it the right way. What your supposed to do is spray the inside of your goggle lenses, then allow it to dry. So that it doesn't take for ever for it to dry, only spray it lightly. Once it's dried splash pool water on them but don't wipe them out unless its foggy.... then your good to go...

Speedo Anti Fog Solution

The spit method does work....and usually better than a lot of the commercial anti-fog out there. I do like the speedo anti-fog spray as well. Don't buy goggles based on anti-fog. Buy good goggles based on fit and worry about the anti-fog separately.

I think you just spray it on the inside of the goggles and let it dry. Parents of little kids on my swim team used to use this for their kids goggles, bit I think its a gimmick. Goggles that fit well shouldn't fog up too much, and can be "unfogged" by dipping in the pool water if they do.

either, my own trick i use is to spit (yes sounds gross) onto the inside of each lens, not heaps, & rub it so the lens is covered, put back on ur head & ur ready to go, free anti-fog!! Works every time! ;-)
