I agree with everyone else-be yourself,don't be fake,you want them to like you for the real u,not someone your pretending to be just so they will like you.If you really like a girl,talk to her,make her feel important,give her complements,etc...
But more than likely you will have one come to you because they like you,without you even trying to impress her.

Be yourself. You could just be friendly to everybody you meet. Go up to new people and talk to them, don't be fake, really talk to them and hear what they have to say. If you think people don't know you're a lesbian or bisexual (and you want them to) then work in GLBTQ subjects into the talks (like equal marriage rights and adoption rights and so on) and wear something with rainbow colors every once in a while. A long look can attract other girls too. Maybe even dress up a little, but stay true to yourself. You will have a girlfriend in no time, or at least a lot of new friends.
