i dont do drugs and im 12 but they provocked me to(and they were like 16)after i said kno and told them no get the hell away they jumped me i fought them off(2 of them)for about a min then one guy took out a pocket knife and slashed at my forhead and someone saw it and called the cops and thank god they made it in time and they ran.i dont wanna tell my parents and im trying to get passed it but i cant

well im glad to see atleast something was apreciated thanx and i told them just know and also i just got terible news my friend got jumped he has 1 2 degre concusion and we are bringing them to court if they dont kill me by then

kid, i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they may have given you more than a cut on the forehead. i think you should get tested for blood born illnesses like hepatitis and hiv/aids. who knows where that knife has been. i mean come on, not only were they punks for doing drugs, but they obviously suck since they cant hang out with anyone close to their age and have to prey on young kids.

By all means tell your parents, they would be proud of you for doing what you did . Then go to the police and file an assault and battery charges on these punks. Have them put in jail where they belong. You might be able to also file attempted murder charges on them, who knows what might have happened if the police hadn't showed up when they did. You fought for what you believe in, now it's up to you to finish the fight. Be proud, be strong, be an American stand up for your rights. If you do nothing, how many others might these boys hurt , not only with there force, but with the drugs they may sell.

Seriously dude, get some self-defense training (like at a martial arts school) and tell your parents everything. Get a restraining order on these punks, and use the buddy system.....take a friend with you when you go out. I'm so proud of you for saying "NO' to those drugs. We need more teenagers like you in this world.

Well I think your parents would have noticed a huge gash in your head and when you went to the hospital they would have had to have been notified and they would have had to release you to them so what was your explanation then? Tell them the truth and press charges on the person that did this to you. Were they caught?

Call 211, its united ways information line.. Its free and its nation wide. You can call them for any question or referral. The can give you information on anything from food stamps to a violence for teenagers hotline, runaway hotline, mental illness hotline....Teenager hotline can give you good advice. I would tell your parents too. they are going to see the stiches anyways.

if you really got jumped for that, then you definately need to tell your parents what is going on.
how could you get stitched up if your parents didnt know about it?
sounds like somebody needs to have their butts off the streets and you need to be brave enough to help the police do it before they really do kill somebody.

If what you are saying is true, why wouldn't you want to tell your parents. It is selfish to allow these thugs to go out and do this and worse to someone else. Suppose they come back to you? Tell, prosecute. This will set you free.
