my gut tells me no, but i just want to make sure. The health of my child is most important to me. Is there any other way to get weight off without harming my baby? Cardio huh? :(

Alot of medications end up in breast milk. Turning blood into milk takes a lot of calories. Most women can lose weight just by breastfeeding alone. Eat sensibly and exercise. It will come off
