Yes, and it has been almost 12 years now. I got hurt real bad, and I still have that bitter taste in my mouth from it. She left with a 29 year old, when she had a son almost that age herself. I don't know if I can ever get over such a trampling or not.....like having your heart pulled out, and stomped right in front of your eyes.

Yep, and it's been 12 years. Perfectly normal, especially if there are children involved. If you want to lose the taste, live a sweet and happy life. It doesn't cure it, but it sure as heck makes you feel better knowing you faired better than the ex did in the end.

Oh yes, and even 1.5 years later!!
I signed up for a class called Divorce Recovery that has made a huge difference in getting over my ex and what he's done. I hope you look into finding a place nearby that offers it. I have learnt to set boundaries with him, minimize contact, admit my role in our breakup and plan a better future.

yes i don't actually hate my husband i just think he is one of the lowest creatures on earth and i think of him with pity. For someone i loved once i have no feelings about him now it takes alot of abuse to get that numbespecially when you really loved the person that should give you a clue to how nasty!
