Happiness is about the little moments and about enjoying them with out a worry or fear.
Happiness is about security and knowing that problems will eventually work out.
Happiness is not about money - not about sex, but everything to do with loving the life you have and the people who fill it.
I don't believe that happiness equals perfection nor do I believe happiness means you must be happy every second of your life. But true happiness is all encompassing and looks at the overall package.

or possibly a glass of brandy a nice cigar and lying on a li-lo in the pool on a hot day. Yes you dip the cigar in the brandy and chill the hell out while you puff away for an hour or so. :)

Male, 57, World Bum (i.e. "Freelance Itinerant Business-dude"). Happiness is going wherever one wants, whenever one wants, for whatever reason one wants. And not having to answer to anyone or think twice about it. But how to get to that point is the tricky part. Took me most of my life, 2 ex-wives, several business ventures, and living overseas - half-way around the world to find that out.

35, nurse. happiness comes when you are happy about your self . then every thing else falls in to place . Also seeing my son laugh and happy gives me a warm happy feeling in side.
