That's called a screen or kick guard, and yes, Menard's, Lowe's, Home Depot, any good hardware store should have them. You might consider spending a little more on a good aluminum unit this time. They last a lot longer than the plastic ones.

i think you are talking about the plastic that sandwiches the glass and creates the diamond lite pattern . if so , look on the door hinge to try to identify mfr . they usually have 800 # and they can get you a new piece , or you could buy a new door light from many window and door supply outfits . my guess is depot and menards will not handle this for you
