Jelqing is a technique to enlarge the penis by increasing the blood pressure in the penis, with the goal of permanently increasing the maximum erect size of the penis.

This technique, also called "milking", involves wrapping the thumb and index finger around the penis while semi-erect and repeatedly drawing them away from one's body to force blood into the glans, thus encouraging more vascularity in the corpus cavernosa and associated tissues.

IT IS NOT A PUMP -- Using pumps is very dangerous and only increases thickness (and only temporarily), not length. And you run the risk of damaging your penis permanently such that you can never have an erection.

To increase length, the suspensory ligament must be lengthen so more of the buried penis can come out during an erection. In males, the suspensory ligament of the penis is attached to the pubic symphysis, which holds the penis close to the pubic bone and supports it when erect.

The infamous "penis enlargement surgery" involved surgically cutting this ligament allows more of the penis to hang outside the body, thereby increasing its length. Thus unsupported, it tends to point downwards when erect, and may wobble undesirably.

What you need to do is very carefully *stretch* the suspensory ligament through jelqing. You also need to stretch the shaft skin for the penis to grow freely instead of being trapped by tight shaftskin in the circumcised penis.

This is done with a downward stretch by pulling on the head of the penis with the index finger and thumb then trapping the hand between your legs and straightening your body to an arch position.

In addition, pull down the balls then tuck them between your legs to hold the balls back and down. With one hand, push the head forward with index finger and thumb facing away from you, with the other hand under the first hand with index and thumb facing toward you, grab the rest of the penis and pull.

This second pulling hand will help the first pushing the head hand to create a stretch while the balls are pulled downward between your legs. You may cross your legs for tighter grasp on your balls if they slip out front.

Not only does this stretch the shaftskin, but this also stretches the scrotum skin and the balls themselves. It will also make your balls longer and hang lower which creates more of an appearance of a lower hanging penis. Jelqing is typically preceded by a warmup with a hot compress on the genitals, and concluded the same way. Jelqing will often increase the size of the flaccid penis in the short-term after only a few sessions, but substantial gains to maximum erect penis size supposedly take a month or more to develop.

You can also like online or in books for very studies and guides on jelqing. A study was performed in the late 1970s by Dr Brian Richards in the UK. It was published in the British Journal of Sexual Medicine and showed increases in 87 percent of the test subjects. Increases in penis length of up to 1.4 inches and girth of up to 1 inch were recorded.
