I would say any dance probably does that but I would say bellydance is the best because all of the movement s and postures are natural to the body and are an extension of fluid movements our body naturally does. Ballet although it does give you all of those things does it by having you learn postures and stances that are unnatural to the body and require you to position yourelf in a way you do not encounter in everyday life. As a bellydancer I must confess that I am biased twords it but I really do think it did more for my grace, posture, and form in a year then ballet did in 10.

It is definally ballet if gives you all those things and more. Plus ballet is the begging of all dance no matter what dance you do ballet will help you even in tap and hip hop.If you are doing an audition if you have done alot of ballet than it means you can probly pick up different kinds of dance quicker because ballet is a building block.Im in competitve dance and whatever kind of dance we do they make us take 2 ballets a week and a technige will help you with turns and leaps and good form so try that too.

Bharatnatyam... A traditional indian classical dance. It teaches you
Bhavam -- Expression
Mudra --- Posture
Abhinaya --- How to enact the various expressions. The various ways to express the same feeling is taught and presented here. For e.g., if you are feeling shy then there are 2 or 3 ways to feel shy depending on the situation. In front of your parents/elders, friends, lover etc.
Taal - Beats
In ancient Indian culture it was considered one of the most sensuous forms of dance used by the courtesans. You will find reference to it in the books/commentaries on Kamasutra.
Although I find the other forms of dance (especially ballet) equally good, I feel it lacks the range of Bhaavam (expression) and the various ways of Abhinaya.
The Bharatanatyam will definitely keep you in good shape because you get a good work out and the subtlities in each of the expression can only be achieved once you develop grace in your movements & abhinayas.

Kuchipudy is the best form of dance for developing grace, posture and good form. This dance is performed by standing on a metal plate and a small metallic pot on the head.

Bellydance and ballet use muscular forms that give better posture. All forms of dance will help with grace because they get the neurons firing that make mind body connections. Do what form of dance feels best for you. I have found fun trying them all.

The waltz is probably the best for Grace, Posture and Good form.
All ballroom is great. The Fox Trot, Rumba, Tango, Cha Cha, But The Waltz is the best match for your question.

God Bless You, ;-)

Any kind of dance is good, but some dance styles require partners. If you're looking for solo dance options, ballet and contemporary are both great, so is jazz.

Ballet for sure. You will learn to pull your body up for good posture. Now don't fear if you're not perfect on the first day, ballet is hard. If you stick with it you'll find that you'll improve each day.
