At least when Joe Gibbs came back
he came back to the same team.

Are you referring to the fact that he's coached several different teams? In that sense, yeah, I guess he is a sellout. But, atheletes switch teams all the time. Why should coaches be held to a different standard. He's still one hell of a coach, a legendary coach.

no. what he is, is one of the best nfl coaches of all time. every team that he has coached has been better when he left, than when he got there. he is a future hall of famer, and deservedly so.
