what is the song on....?

what is the song on the commercial for the show nip/tuck where the people are putting arms back onto a statue? the song is kinda like electro with a female singer. i think its also on a motorola razr commercial?

The person above me is close, but that song was used on an older Nip/Tuck add.

The add with the statue - that's also in the phone add - is called Strict Machine and its by Goldfrapp.
