I would go with Substance, because you get a good amount of bonus features besides the already excellent game. The bonus features are things like different costumes and missions to complete, but trust me, they add a lot of extra playing hours.
So, it might cost a little more, but I would definately get Substance because you get a lot more play for a little extra money.

They are basically the same... All Substance is, is like little funny bonus features and stuff like that, otherwise it's the same, nothing too fancy. Either way your getting the same deal.

get substence, the VR missions rock! play naked raiden, its very challenging
