First, I would uninstall Firefox.

Then, restart the computer.

Download Ad-aware and SpyBot Search & Destroy from http://www.download.com Then install, update and run those.

Then go back to http://www.mozilla.com and get a fresh download of FireFox. Then install that.

Then go to http://www.adobe.com and get the FLASH download, then the Shockwave download.

TEST TEST TEST.

Good luck

There is one of two possible reason why you are getting the error message.

1. You are using an outdated version of Adobe's Flash Player. You need to download the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player for Firefox. Download link: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

2. If you are using the NoScript and/ or Flashblock extensions, you will not be able to view Flash clips on websites. These clips automatic run once you surf on to their website, these extensions will block it and you will receive an error message like the one you described.
