Not dumb at all! Either spelling looks good, but if I had to choose, I would go with 2 r's. I like unusual spellings.

Yes of course. Though they sound the same the recent trend in name is the modification of the spelling to make it look not just as usual or ordinary name which has ben used by many. Nariah looks simple and by adding an extra 'r' gives some modification enhancement but if I were to choose I'll get "Nariah" -just simple but seems more beautiful.What's in the spelling difference of the names anyway?

I think Nariah is better, it sounds more sweet. Narriah will sound too strong. I do not like it with two r's.

The only thing with the spelling Narriah is it's a place in Australia.

Just thought I would point that out to you :)
