After going through a divorce, I signed up for a dating website, and within about one week I started communicating with a gentleman who is about 3000 miles away. We started talking on the phone now for the past 3 weeks and we have so much in common. We talk every day if not twice a day...and it seems that we never run out of things to say. We both never went through a dating service before...is it possibble to start having feelings for someone, if we have never even physically met?

Yes it is, what a great way to fall in love, you have no physical stuff to get in the way and you really get to know that person.

I must say though, it is all good as long as you both are telling the truth to each other. If not then it is false love or feelings.

I haven't really had much luck yet with dating sites. Met my last boyfriend over the internet (not a dating site) and that didnt work out well. Joined a dating site and found a lot of nice people, just none that really fit. I think it is possible to find someone compatible, and also becoming more commonplace and "acceptable" to society. Don't get too ahead of yourself before you actually meet - it may be a real connection but it could also be "too good to be true". They seem perfect because you haven't been able to see the bad side of them yet...so don't say the L word until you really get to know them, in person. Thats the best advice I can give :) Happy dating.

Speaking from personal experience, it is both possible, and dangerous. I met a woman on the internet... but as it turned, she only lived a few blocks from me... five years later, we're still together. However, there's been a lot of people who have been too desperate, too needy, too quick to fall for another (this has happened to both sexes). Just getting a divorce, I'd say spend some time with YOU, get to know who you are, and like who you are, then (and only then) will you be able to make an informed decision as to what and who you need... Often times the 'feelings' we have for someone we meet over the net are feelings of infatuation, and that is not love.
The long and short of it is; yeah, it's possible... but it's also possible to be setup for a great big fall.

Your spouse is having an emotional affair that's defined as expressing techniques, techniques, deep emotions, thoughts, or sharing studies in many cases reserved for companion with yet somebody else. An emotional affairs differs from a actual affair in that it is not initiated for undemanding intercourse. Emotional affairs are generally initiated whilst one companion isn't receiving emotional help from the different companion and seek for fulfillment from yet somebody else. Emotional affairs are generally considered as being as devastating to a courting as an affair that comprises basically intercourse. besides the undeniable fact that, some argue that emotional affairs are greater devastating to relationships via fact even although many relationships can stay to tell the story whilst one party isn't being sexually fulfilled, maximum can not stay to tell the story whilst between the events are no longer having their emotional desires met. So in certainty it is not considerable no rely if it finally ends up in intercourse it is incredibly unfavourable no rely what. Marriage can stay to tell the story even emotional infidelity and a happy marriage could be restored with staying power, sincerity and attempt. lots of the hurdles which will upward push up are the sufferer’s lack of ability to recover from the deception, the adulterer’s lack of ability to comprehend what they have accomplished and how incorrect it is, or a wide-unfold lack of ability to handle and fasten the underlying issues.

I think that you could form a good start but you can never tell for sure until you meet this person and get to know them well. You have to be so careful these days.
