The douche may have caused or worsened your yeast infection.
Only use douche when you really really feel like you need it, because it is not healthy for your vagina.
Don't get grossed out - this is all normal - but your vagina contains many bacteria that are SUPPOSED to be there.
When you use your vinegar douche, you are killing off many of the GOOD bacteria. When the good bacteria are killed off, then the "yeast" is able to grow out of control and you have a yeast infection.
Only use a douche very rarely - less than once a month.
Just use normal hygene down there when you shower. Your vagina should not smell bad if you take normal care. Just use soap and water.
You may have to take the fluconazole again, because you may have interfered with the natural process in your vagina when you douched.
Talk to your gyno that prescribed you the medicine.

is the pill an antibiotic? it will destroy the intestinal flora, and allow bacteria and yeast to flourish.
I don't know about vinegar, use raw apple cider vinegar, its cleaner.
Try using a few drops of graitfruit seed extract.
Drink aloe juice.
Try olive leaf extract and take a multi-strain probiotic. Also take Vitamin C several times a day - its inexpensive at a pharmacy.

you might need a stonger medication. Go back to the doc and let him know. Don't forget to tell him that you used a douche.
