Superman. I don't care if Batman has Kryptonite in his utility belt. Superman would find a way around it. He would beat the snot out of Batman. Then he would fly around the world at lightening speed to go back in time and he would beat him again.

Mano-a-mano, with no special gear than his usual complement of stuff on his utility belt, Batman would be pounded into chunky salsa.
However, in some versions of the DC universe (the recent "animated universe" produced by Warner Brothers, for one), Batman is known to carry a sliver of kryptonite in his belt for the express purpose of using it if Superman ever got out of control (you know, like go insane, or get hypnotized or possessed, or whatever). Were he to employ such a weapon in your hypothetical fight, the playing field would be more level.

SUPERMAN ! He can bend steal bars and the batman has shown some weakness in his fights with the bad guys.

Batman would win full on. Ya see Superman is candy *** and would try to talk to BATMAN,while BATMAN was kicking his candyass. Batman has achip on his shoulders and if given a choice between talking and violence he will take violence everytime.

depends who is writing the comic sometimes batman won with the kryptonite ring and sometimes superman won
