I, like you, have a ton of cards from the early '90's. I used to set up at card shows from '89 to '92. Couldn't even sell those cards then when they were new. I sold cards on eBay for 4 yrs, couldn't give those cards away. The card companies printed so many millions of those cards they are near worthless. You will pay more in listing fees on eBay if you try to sell them individually. You could list them as lots and try to sell a few thousand at a time, but don't expect to make much more than about $10. Many parents and grandparents buy them to get their kids/grandkids started in card collecting. Schools sometimes buy them to give as rewards for performance. Police even give them to kids to teach kids they don't need to be afraid of cops. I guess those are some donation ideas, could be your good dead of the day.
I can assure you that saving them for 50 yrs isn't going to make them more valueable. There will be thousands of other people with these cards saving them too, plus there were so many many many millions printed. It's been 16 yrs now and they are less valueable now. The only way they will be more valueable in the future is if there is a paper shortage and they are needed for the paper they are printed on.
I personally have saved mine. I have 4 sons that are now having a ball with them.

If you know any boys between 8 and 12 they would probably love to have them. My 10 year old son is baseball crazy and even though they are "worthless" he pours over his cards everyday. He loves baseball cards. Good luck and I hope it helps.

I would say just save them and keep them in mint condition in a corner of your room or something for about 50 years, then sell them. By then they will be worth something. Or you could keep them and hand them down to the next generation in your family when you are about to pass on.

Keep them! Are you crazy? Your kids will love them someday.
If they don't want them, they'll sell them on ebay and make way more money than you will now.
Put them in a box in the garage or attic and forget about them for a few years.

If you do not know any specific people to give them to right now, you can do what I do with my duplicate commons and give them away at Halloween instead of candy.
Parents are always looking for places to take their children that are giving away safe Halloween treats.
Otherwise, if you really don't want them, I might be willing to take them off your hands.

I think that you should save everyone that is a good player till you get older so you can pass them on to your kids when they get older they will have something to remember you bye and so they can just keep on passing them on for a long time.
