I'm twelve so no take crack thing it is stupid i want a heathly way to fall asleep no pills or anything else im going to sizx flags tomorrow and i cant sleep help!

You're too excited about tomorrow! Just relax.. think about something nice and calming, like a canoe on a slow river, or something. Trust me.... even if you don't get enough sleep, you'll be so pumped up that it won't matter, and you'll sleep great tomorrow night!! Have fun!

Have your night food earlier and stop having coffee or tea after 4 PM.

You read a book which is so boring. You will be compelled to sleep. Boring book is the best medicine.

It's not at all unusual for anticipation such as you seem to have to make it difficult to get to sleep. I recommend you imagine your feet slowly turning to stone, getting heavier and heavier and sinking deeply into the mattress. Slowly work your way up your body, imagining your legs, hips, torso, etc. slowly turning to stone and getting extremely heavy. Imagine a frined comes in and tries to lift one of your legs and is unable to because it's so heavy.

One indication that you are tense is tension around your eyes. The small muscles around your eyes can be relaxed by concentrating on them ... you can will them to relax one by one until the tension is gone.

you're excited try running in place or exercising other ways for 30- 60 minutes then take a nice warm shower and read a book lying in bed you'll be asleep in no time.

Try eating turkey before you go to sleep. It contains el'tyrozine, a natural chemical in turkey that makes you sleepy.

I say it's ez if u read a boring book for 10 min. or so, or watch a boring movie on tv (b sure to put sleep timer on first) ......... works like magic
