You should go to a clinic, then, where you don't need to pay money. Something is wrong, and you MUST get it checked. Your health is all you have... don't let this go until it is too late. Get checked.

I have uti very often also. I also have blood in urine not visible. I also have no money for doctors but have to go anyways to get antibilotics. Finally can't take it anymore so have to go to Urologist. they will help if you don't have much money ,said I could pay any amount I could afford every month. You really should see a specialist.

Eat lots of garlic. get aloe juice if you can afford it. Its like $5.99 per bottle.

try getting whole wheat instead of flour anything.

Don't have margarine. Have extra virgin olive oil instead.

Try not to get antibiotics. They perpetuate the problem. They wreck the intestinal flora and allow yeast and overgrowth of infection to flourish.

Also if you can afford it, try to get Uva Ursi. Very good for bladder/kidney.

Drink lots of sugar free cranberry juice. (not with artificial sweeteners added, but plain cranberry juice) See if you can find dandelion leaf in your grocery store. Add it to your salads.

As the season comes in, get a bag of cranberries. Blend it with orange juice in a blender, and drink frequently.
