everytime I open my email when I deleted a page or go to the next one it just hanges or freezes have to wait about 5 minutes for the next page to open its a annoyance.

Try running your disk cleanup program..delete cookies.temp files ,clear history

How many applications are you running at the same time?
Are you running a complex screen saver?
These all run in the background and slow everything down.
If you want to move, change your screensaver to blank.
Close unnecessary open files.
May need to get more memory.
I have only 512mb and so far, so good.
Sometimes, it is not your fault, but the fault of the site on the other end. I know this because I have cable and I am online in a second, but there is one particular site I have to deal with that is slower than molasses.

Defrag your hard drive.
