You don't need a website tor resize pics. Just use PHOTOED.EXE

Under Pull Down tab IMAGE, select RESIZE and set your size. PHOTOED comes with the OS, but does not load automatically.

PicSizer is a great program for digital camera pictures to re-size a bunch of pictuers at one time. Free, small download and easy to use.
