is there any way i can find out the password to a secure wireless network when it asks for the password??

What you would need is a packet sniffer that sniffs out packets and traffic across the network in an attempt to decipher the encryption key. I recommend doing some searching to find an answers.

Yes. I used their wi-fi for like two years then they got rid of it so I had to get my own..

WTF! People like you get me pissed! Why the FU** DO YOU WANT TO STEAL SOMEONE ELSES INTERNET? They are paying for that, and you're not, so you shouldn't get it. However, if you're nice, you can ask the owner for the password, or go into the owner's house and reset the router....but i didn't say that...
