well yes OJ was set free out of fear. It actually saved lives letting that ****** out. There would have been riots by the African Americans around the entire country. I was in College when this was going on, the African American students where saying they would burn the school down, if the juice was found guilty!! It was tribal and very scary, and that's the honest truth.

First I would like to say I am not a racist I do not support racism and I am in opposition to racism but the "black" community has been complaining about racism and slavery (that they themselves NEVER actually expierienced) for so long that the "white" community has given up fighting about it and now if something doesent go the right way for a "black" person we have given them an EASY way out cry racism it has gotten rediculous to the point of a "black" person can walk in and ask the boss for your job and if the boss doesn't hire them the boss is a racist this must stop "blacks" although they're skin tone is different are still the same people as you and I and should be subject to the same laws and regulations as us

It used to be that a black man in court was always found guilty. Now days he has a better chance for a fair trial than in the past.

to be honest with you, im not raciest but my dad is, but i am sure, he and i would def, still hear out the case and see whats up. if i honestly think the person is guilty then i will pronounce guilty ir o hoenstly think the person is not guilty then im going to do everything in my power to pronounce that perosn NOT GUILTY but yeah, i do think that it could happen, thats why i always feel its neccesary to have an equal amount of whites and black in the jury or at leat a mixture of race. asian, korean, white black, hispanic what ever

Possibly, though I'd hope not. A jury is supposed to consider the facts, and skin color is usually not a particularly relevant fact.

Probably, but many more whites have gotten away with much more. The real problem is that we still see black people and not just people.
